<p>The date of providing the Heart Wall service will be agreed individually by the parties after payment. We will contact you <b>within 5 working days</b> of receipt of payment using the contact details provided to arrange a firm date for the consultation. If we are unable to agree a consultation date <b>within 2 months</b> of payment, we will refund your payment in full. By ordering and paying for the service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.</p>
